HP Land Development acquired Heyward Point in April 2024. Leading the venture are Managing Partners Michael Kronimus of KRA Architecture + Design and Jeff Parker of JParker Homes, each bringing over 20 years of expertise in development, architecture, and construction. Supported by a strong investment group, HP Land plans to develop more than 140 expansive homesites across the 515-acre property at Heyward Point. Each homesite will offer 1+ acre lots, ensuring ample space for Heyward Lake, preserved areas, and community greenspaces.
Additionally, the development includes provisions for potential golf cottages along the community perimeter to serve Chechessee and Callawassie golf courses. There is also a commercially zoned property on Callawassie Drive designated for a potential Boutique Inn, currently in the design phase and undergoing discussions with Beaufort County and investors.
Heyward Point’s preferred builder program is launching with Foundation Building, ensuring a seamless design/build process. Jeff Parker leads as the builder, with Michael Kronimus overseeing the architectural aspects of the project.
